Default Thanks Honey!

Fixed issue with safety latch catching on body, flushed radiator, put and end to the rear sunroof leak and the Wife volunteered to scrub down the interior. Thanks Honey!

Changed out the rubber coupling, the shaft seal wouldn't come out so I left it there.

Greased up both shafts, I noticed the bolts for the rear shaft to the e-brake were not tight.

Changed the oil to the rotella, changed the oil and detailed my wife's car.

Washed Mandy(disco)

Ok, so since I changed the shocks and springs, I get a vibration from the front when I accelerate. Only happens if it goes up hill and only at speeds over 55.

I have a feeling its the front prop on the sway bar. I put it on jack stands and it didn't vibe.

Also with the rotella oil in it, how long before I change it again 3k or 6k?

I heard rotella is like an oil wash for an engine, my truck does fine with 10w30.

What if I just used it every 3 oil changes. Rotella is high dollar, even at sams prices 6 gal for $76.

Sympathy!!!
I had the same "thing", vibe after installing new shocks and springs.
Driving with that vibration cost me a new Transfer case and oil seal replacement on diff.
Few Kilo's further, another diff seal and Transfer seal.
Then I lowered the Disco by +/- 2.5" by cutting out the lift spacers.
Phased the front propshaft 45 deg "Out of Phase" , had it balanced and the vibration was gone!
NS: I would recommend to replace that Rotoflex coupler with U-Joints.

High dollar? You can get the 4 quart jugs at wal-mart for 12 bucks. It takes 6 quarts. 18 bucks worth of oil and a oversized Napa gold filter and your in business. Your rover will love you for it

Uhhhhh, what? 6 gallons at $76 is the equivalent of $3.16/quart. How is that high dollar??

Installed Defender front brakes. Looking forward to testing them out.

Also installed a ladder and 1.5" wheel spacers.
