So what did you do to your Disco today?

Sympathy!!!
I had the same "thing", vibe after installing new shocks and springs.
Driving with that vibration cost me a new Transfer case and oil seal replacement on diff.
Few Kilo's further, another diff seal and Transfer seal.
Then I lowered the Disco by +/- 2.5" by cutting out the lift spacers.
Phased the front propshaft 45 deg "Out of Phase" , had it balanced and the vibration was gone!
NS: I would recommend to replace that Rotoflex coupler with U-Joints.

I only get it when I go over 55 and hit the gas, once I let off the gas it stops.
I'll look into the u-joints after the coupler wears out.
I have no spacers just hd tf springs an shocks +2.

The D1 front propshaft kinda sucks straight from the factory. Even on a stock truck its borderline needing a DC shaft. LR was cheap and decided to install the single cardan out of phase to get it by. Notice how even the stock D2's come with a DC front shaft? So when you lift your D1 the front shaft gets even more wonky. Now, most people can lift their truck 2" and run the stock shaft A-OK. However, there are exceptions to this. Especially when running a HD lift on a truck with no additional weight(bumpers, winch, skidplates, rack, etc). You may just be one of those unlucky folks.
The simple test is to pull the front proopshaft, lock the cdl, and drive it. If the vibe is gone then the shaft is your problem. You can also thoroughly inspect and replace the ujoints when you pull the shaft.

On gravel road it wasn't that noticeable.
The vibe was still there even after lowering.
The 45 deg "out of phase" made 99% improvement and balancing 100%.
The coupler ?? with TF+2 springs and shocks it wont take you many miles to wear out. Sorry!

I also had it only on acceleration on highway over 55-60 Mph (100-120 Kph)

Going to check junk yards to see if any trucks I find have the shaft I need.
