I wouldn't worry about the washers.
Got my Rokmen Big Hawse Fairlead yesterday. I've been pining after it for a couple years now and it did not disappoint.
Anodized black aluminum, 1.25" thick, awesome bend radius.

Nice. Should be easy on the line. Winch?

Wonder if I can get one without the 80's big hair band logo..

Yesterday..

Tested out soda blaster. Not big enough for large panels or very hard surfaces. Great on smaller items or softer materials.

Tested dislocation. Makes some noise but no big deal.

Ride feels great with new bushings and trailing arms.

Ordered 5 genuine silver Wolf wheels. Excited.

Back to stripping paint..

Wired up 3 factory fog light switches. Switches are wired to power at all times so I can operate lights without ignition. Power feeds from the under hood fuse box for a clean look and uses 1 10ga wire through the firewall. Splits at the 3 relays. Used to industrial velco to attach the relays to the firewall. Turned out nice. Will be wiring a LED rear work light to one, LED rock lights under the truck to the other and an LED light bar eventually.
