Disassembled the dash and painted it all desert tan/black. It really didn't turn out as bad as I thought it might.... I'm thinking of venturing into the seats next.
.... the remote stopped working. Does anyone know where to start? Where is the remote model? I am sure I put a screw somewhere that caused the issue..thanks
When you write 'remote' do you mean the key fob or homelink?
Uhhhh, that spring is on the wrong side man. P/S means Passenger Side.

One of the front springs was a little shorter than the other and thinner diameter; weighed about 1 lb less, too. i'm guessing some DPO replaced the spring with whatever he had lying around. That explains why the truck has had a slight list to that side ever since I bought it
Original vapor plastic on passenger door? Impressive
All the original vapor plastic was still there actually. I just cut it off to start pulling the window regulators.
Its funny what breaks on one truck could last a lifetime on another.
