So what did you do to your Disco today?
Nice looking truck. Congrats!
I pulled the headliner to source my various water leaks. Mainly plugged drains. Not too bad. Then i noticed nearly every torx screw was loose. The screws for the front motor were backed out like an 1/8".
So now all is tight and siliconed where needed and lines cleared. Also drilled a hole through the roof for lights and adjusted the cargo door so it actually touches the seal on top

Wasn't too bad to take out once i removed all the little trim pieces. Its still out for now. I have to finish wiring the lights. Then i think I'll bedline the headliner and put it back in.
Post some after pics if you dont mind. Always interested in idea for the headliiner. My sunroof is shot and i havent the slightest of what to do next.
How did you adjust your cargo door? Mine is dropped a little and squeezes against the bottom and leaks when it rains.

Opened it all the way, put my high lift jack under it and just lifted it a tad. First I loosened the bottom hinge bolts just a few turns. The hinge moved outward only a few mm but it moved. Then i did the same to the top one. That one moved in a few mm. When I shut the door and poured water on the top seam it ran along the seal and down the sides. Before it would've just gone straight passed the seal to the cargo area
Headliners still out, it has a coat of bedliner on it but needs to dry... well, stop stinking before I put it back in. But i did get the roof lights wired to the relay. I have 4g ran to the back for the sub amp with a splitter. So I ran the roof light wiring along the inside of the roof down the pillar behind the backseat to a relay fed off the 4g. Switch lead is ran back up to the roof and to the drivers...um area. Haven't decided where to put the switch yet. With the headliner out its been super easy to run the wiring
Well I buttoned up the headliner tonight. No more water leaks. No more binding sunroofs. No more sagging fabric. Led cargo light securely attached to headliner. Flashlight mount securely fastened to headliner. Switch for roof lights mounted next to homelink. Also wired in a remote module for the roof lights. That'll be nice to not get blinded when walking back to the truck after hooking up the winch rope
