So what did you do to your Disco today?
Lets see I did a complete rad flush engine flush. New 180 t stat, new coolant. Then took her to the rocks put a rock through the side wall of my tire. In that process ripped off an exhaust hanger, ripped off right side bumper plasticks, and did some minor body damage. Must say it was fun. Now back to the grind of wrinching once again. And new tires.

I put all the interior panels back together, all the rust renovation is done (for now) and now I just have to find something to replace the back carpet and padding with.
Now to get plates and insurance to take off-roading.

Full on rear brake job. Rotors, pads, bearings, rebuilt both calipers, ran a new line to the passenger side caliper.

Today I bebuilt two D110 front calipers that will soon be on my D1. Then saw my drivers rear caliper was leaking where the two halves meet. So I stole the rusty caliper from my parts truck, split it and moved the channel seal to the caliper on my truck. Bam, no more leaks.

The I got to a fun project. I finally got around to modifying my rear door to accept the stock sub-woofers. This involved a LOT of cutting and careful measurement. I mounted the amp separately and mounted the subs to the back of my aluminum door panel. Once I was sure I had it right, I drilled holes in the door panel in front of the subs. SOOOOOOO nice to have some Bass back in my stereo.

I actually drove it on the road for an extended drive today. A lot of the rust is gone and cleaned up.
After driving the steering is loose, needs new shocks and springs, and new tires.
I know one thing for sure it gets a lot of looks
Josh
