What I did!
I changed my oil and oil filter. I used a Mobil 1-301 and Rotella T 15w40, I also drained the trans fluid and added new, It was a fast easy job, when I started it up it was knocking like crazy, worse than it ever did. But it seems better now, I am guessing it took awhile to get oil up in all the lifters and such.
I think I found my oil leak also, the gasket on the oil filter was out of place and I could loosen the oil filter with very little pressure. Hopefully that was it.

Washed, waxed, back to black. She's looking good.
Finally welded driver side slider to make it 1 piece so it wont bend up and rub on my door when it opens.
Then I tried to see what it would take to fit the rover into the garage. The answer 10 PSI in the rear tires and it BARELY fits. I think if I lose the roof rails it should fit aired up.
