Go to sears and get their 2 pack of "regular" snap ring pliers, one big pair and one small pair. They are strong and the tips point out just slightly so it doesnt slip off. If I can remove the massive c clip in LT230's with them you shouldnt have any issues. Another option is grind down your needle noise pliers. This is what I did at first because I couldnt find any comfortable handled pliers - but it always slips off the tip..

Finished up my front prop shaft. It was more tedious then I thought, not necessarily difficult. The front u joints were actually in great shape. Up next is the rear, my rotoflex is shot out. The better sears pliers did the trick, the ones I bent were some cheapo advanced auto parts tool.

Got my trailing arms welded up. Now I'm just at the mercy of my old mans schedule to cut the steel plate I'm going to fab some frame side mounts from.

I removed the rear prop shaft to replace the coupler, and out comes a chunk of the rubber center bushing. Two hours after hammering with a chisel and I still can't get it to come out, it's pretty much all folded in. I finally got it out but I can't get the drive shaft to line up with the rear diff, it's angled too much. Any tips?
