I replaced all my hoses at once, with all new ones. Still a sloppy mess there. I think the reservoirs themselves have a tendancy to leak. It then runs down the hoses and drips.

There are two bearings for the swivel pins, if there is play in them you need to replace them. The preload is set by adding or removing ships on the top pin, you are just adjusting how tight you are squeezing the bearings, just like you do with the hub nut on the wheel bearings. The bearings are cheap where it gets expensive is you want to replace all the seals in there so when you get it all back together you aren't leaking grease everywhere.

You probably won't need the actual pins, there is a bottom bearing, top bearing and 2 washers that samwhich the top bearing,

Questions so far:

Track Rod = Rod connected to the pitman arm (ROD THAT IS FRONT OF AXLE)
right?

What rod is behind the front axle where the steering dampener is connected to? Is that the drag link?

What year D90 Track rod do I need to find? (NAS OR NON-NAS?)

So get 2 bearings (are they different for the upper and lower?) , 2 washers for the top, and a shim pack? Plus the other stuff from the swivel pin preload thread.

see attached. Track rod has one side of damper attached to it. Drag link is the front one.

I used one from a '95 NAS. Keep in mind, you don't have to install it. You can just relocate the damper and be done.
I replaced it because the 3+1 ball joint configuration annoyed me.

Track rod is behind the front axle. Drag link comes off the PS box in front of the axle and goes to the Pass Front tire.
The D90 track rod is not needed. There are kits out there to relocate your steering damper from the track rod to the Drag Link. You can make one for your stock drag link. Or you can buy the kit along with the HD drag link from RoverTym, RovingTracks, and Lucky 8 carries these plus a few more. The kits will either be for a D1 style damper(pin to pin) or the D90 style damper(eye to eye).
