IT'S FIXED. I would like to report that the engine runs so much quieter now, the valve noise is officially gone. I put everything back in yesterday drove is around, there was no noise at cold start or when engine was hot. I went ahead and added some Mystery Marvel Oil to the gas and oil and run it through to next oil change.

In summary, the only part I replaced were all 16 pushrods ($80), everything else was just cleaning up the oil ports on the engine and the rocker shaft.

Would like to thank everyone for there help on this thread as well as previous threads on this topic, absolutely wonderful information.

Now bad news, I think I have a fuel relay issue but that's on to another topic I will start after this.
