actually you can backprobe the connection to make sure its getting power when cold. pull the upper cowl off and turn it on.

Windshield Wipers are generally protected by a circuit breaker, and not just a fuse. Sometimes the circuit breaker resets itself, or needs reset by hand.

My disco just came up to Michigan after living in Mobile, AL her whole life, wipers worked great when it was in the negatives last night. Am i just lucky i hope?
