Well, maybe time to pressure up the coolant system and force out the leak to see where it is.
Check the belt for routing - make sure the WP is going the correct way.
Maybe replace the thermostat - just to have that done.

Belt route first, radiator is most likely sludged up good second. Having some water flow thru radiator is possible even with lots of the tubes closed off, DIY flow testing may be problematic without test equipment. Leaks can be from any hose or clamp (in addition to gaskets); some are slightly hidden; if you have coolant loss.
It is more correct for radiator to be cooler (but not cold - that would mean all the tubes are sludged) on passenger side (NAS) as it is a horizontal row radiator. What counts is top to bottom on the fins in the same vertical line. More than 10F and you may have some blockage.
Thermostat can be sludged up with trash, the little holes in top leg must be clear for it to work properly.
