The tranny ecu was f****ed i had to take it out and spray it down with wd40. of course that is the lowest ECU.

you can buy a circuit board silicone waterproofing spray online. It's not cheap like $35. But it works great and then you don't have to worry about it.

Did any water get in your tranny? A guy I met last weekend did a water crossing in his DII and lunched his tranny, ended up converting to an R380! Pretty sweet swap.

Ok cool. Well the truck is in for MOT at the minute. Bit nervous first Land Rover MOT. Hope there's nothing wrong. Drives fine and I check under the bottom for rust and damage all the and it was serviced couple month ago.

no water in the tranny, got me home just fine.

those MOT's are a real biatch. glad we dont have such rigorous testing here in the states.

Speak for yourself! I've failed countless times on my yearly inspections for the most absurd of reasons. VT is bad!

Well the truck passed the MOT. Great stuff. Just gonna work on making it into a proper Land Rover now. So best get to finding this CDL spigot.
