I occasionally get a check engine light and Nanocom gives codes:
P0175 = ADDITIVE ADAPTIVE MIXTURECORRECTION TRA BANK 2 DRIVE CYCLE B
P1000 = ADDITIVE ADAPTIVE MIXTURE
CORRECTION TRA BANK 1 DRIVE CYCLE B
I borrowed a smoke machine, had a leak around the Intake Manifold Brake Servo Vacuum, replaced the o ring and red retainer clip, then had smoke coming out from around the air filter. It looks like the filter was sagging around the center, allowing air to escape the housing. The air filter was OEM LR027408, but it is black and most parts I see online are orange. Is this not the correct filter, or is there something else I should be doing to prevent leaks?
It looks correct to me. I’m pretty sure that a leak at the filter (upstream of the MAF) won’t throw a code. If it’s leaking on the downstream side of the filter you want to fix it though.
