95 D1 wont start

The only thing mounted on my passenger fender is the fuse block. Any other locations?

I found the alarm ECU, is this the same ECU that controls the injectors? Doesnt seem like they should be the same.

WTF, I unplugged the inertia switch and tried to start it, it wouldnt start so I plugged it back in and it started fine. I had voltage going through the switch the whole time.
