When the RAVE manual says to remove the fascia, that's the entire dashboard, not just the center console.

wow, damn. yeah, i missed that detail. still, it doesn't look too bad. removing the steering wheel is probably the hardest part.

One of the first steps I would do is check the hi/low pressure. See if the readings or low and, if not, there was any correlation when the system seems to be running warmer.
