Axle Retaining Nut
It's there, but Mike was a little low. A 3/4 inch torque wrench will give you that, or you can always use math. Get a breaker bar and a pipe, tighten the nut as much as you can then set it up so that the handle is just about horizontal. Make a mark on the pipe that corresponds to where you would need to stand to make the same amount of torque and then stand on it. 360 ft. lbs. of torque is 360 lbs. at 1 ft. from the center of the nut. If you weigh 180 lbs., stand at 2 ft. from the center of the nut and you have the same torque.
Or you can put an impact gun on it and lay into it. You are just clamping the hub between the axle stub and the flange so it's not like you are setting a preload on a bearing. Too loose will end badly, though.
