Default Brake Fluid Leaking! Help!

I have a 96 Disco. I'm leaking brake fluid on the passenger front side around the caliper. I have to press the brake pedal almost to the floor to get the car to stop. A lot of fluid leaks out whenever I press the pedal. Does this mean I need a new caliper? I've stopped driving the car for now since its soo unsafe. Please help. thanks

You may get away with rebuilding the caliper with new seals if there is not too much wear. Problem you have though is that with the age aqnd mileage on your truck, you need to rebuild or replace both calipers so you don't end of with a pulling problem when braking.
