We had issues with crankshaft position sensors causing the same misfire on earlier ones. Basically there was an issue with it out of sync or something. I would have to look at my notes but crankshaft position sensors were known to cause the issue.

I have the same problem.

I made engine tune up one year ago (replaced O2s, installed Kingstone 8mm plug wires, chamption plugs, did full gasket job) and car was running fine. several weeks ago I have replaced Crankshaft Position Sensor as well, at it had starting problems, but now it is fixed. This morning, with engine not on optimal temperature, SES light starting to blink and codes appeared.

Besides O2 codes, there was 0306, 0453 and 1319. I know all of the codes, but i couldnt understand what 1319 stands for. I dont know if these two are connected, but the car has fuel problem as well, I cant fill up the tank for more than 65 liters and the gauge shows 3/4 of the tank. Can 1319 code be connected with vent hose clogging, or it has nothing to do with it? And what can be done for tune up of the engine?

The 1319 in the Bosch ECU manual says it is fuel level below 15%, plus misfire at same time. Sounds like you have some EVAP homework ahead.

Can you please write what should I do for EVAP homework? Is it DIY job? I am more or less aware of technical stuff, have changed throttle body plate and hoses in the engine, O2 sensors and some other minor stuff as well.

Seems like your fuel tank and evaporation plumbing has issues, you can't fill completely, you are getting codes that the level is incorrect, etc. In addition to cleaning out the evap hoses you can get to, it may be time to remove the fuel pump and inspect.
