Default Check please!

Check my thinking / planning on this. So I've got an oil leak that appears to be coming from the Crankshaft seal or front cover seal. Am planning on getting in there to repair/replace. Also have oil leak from valve cover gaskets. Here's the list of to do's while I'm in there:
Crankshaft seal
Timing chain and gears
Oil pump and gears
Valve cover gaskets
Front cover gasket
Oil pressure switch
Inline thermostat mod
Plan to purchase AB kits where applicable.
Edit- also getting oil light at idle, sometimes. Never had this before.
Any other suggestions? Preciate it...

If it were me I would replace the front seal which can be done in the truck and see if that solves your problem.
Replacing the oil pump and timing chain is a great idea, both require dropping the oil pan.
