Awesome, glad you found it. There's only 1 size in the housing.

Hose diameter is 1.5"

As for the fan, I'm not sure on the Dorman number. I ordered a used ford fan out of a wrecked mustang I believe, but its the same as the Taurus fan.

It's 1.25 on the top hose. The 1.5 inch housing is probably what he ordered and that is going to be the incorrect size. The bottom radiator outlet uses a 1.5 ID but the upper hoses are 1.25

On the upper hose you want the thermostat in place closest to the engine amnd your sender/purging valve after. Replace the smaller plastic coolant lines with new OEM or new hot water tubing. The tubing that I bought from the parts store was oil-cooler grade and also has a thick wall to it. If you aren't going to replace the throttle body gasket kit then bypass it altogether if you haven't done so already. On mine, the hoses def needed replacing where it exits the intAke manifold. For the upper hose mod, you may want to make use of the type in this attached photo. I'm going to get one of these for appearances and functionality. I don't like the reuse of the factory hoses pieced back togetheR.

My mistake, though there is only one housing size to my knowledge. The one I had was the correct size (1.25") on one side and large (1.5" or perhaps 1.75") on the other size. It fit using a cut piece of one of the lower hoses and some stretching. The lower hose that he needed to order is still 1.5", so that's correct.

nope. the Mezeire is 1.25 in, 1.25 out; I used the factory upper hose split in 2 pieces to connect it up. they have a different part number that is 1.5 in and 1.5 out as well.

I'm not trying to call you out on this, only trying to save someone from doing a run-around.

Oh! Well my mistake. I do appreciate the correction, I wouldn't want anyone buying the wrong part either, especially because of my ignorance on the matter.
