RE: crankshaft front oil seal
Did mine the other day in about 15 minutes....Just remove the belt, (may need to remove the fan??? I have elec fans...), remove the bottom "pully" bolt and use a dead blow hammer to remove. Just pry the old seal out, and be careful when replacing the new one. Make sure it's straight, and you don't kink it....
As cheap as they are, you may as well order two. Reason I say that is, if you mess up the first time, you got a back up. The old one will be distroyed when removed, and without that seal, you can't drive the truck...I 'think' Nathan sells them for about 7.00
