Mike,
I should have the wires and plugs replaced within a couple of days. How do you perform an induction cleaning? Also, where's the free download that Mark is speaking of concerning a repair manual? By the way, the code is: P0134
Also, after replacing the air filter and cleaning the MAF with a MAF cleaning product it did no good. I had the light reset today and it came back on within 7-miles of driving. I have the plugs right now and I was wondering if would be a problem to throw them in before I get the wires? I'm not a mechanical person but I do have some limited skills. I beleive I can handle the plugs. However, the wires look like a real joy! You did say they could be replaced without removing the manifold? And you can assist me with this? I may go for it when they arrive if all the planets are aligned properly. But if not, I have a local mechanic who said he'd do it for $129.00. That's not bad, but I'm not sure he knows what he's getting into. Anyway, what about those plugs? Is there anything I should know about them before I start?

As for the tune up, I am not sure what you are waiting for, it won't tune itself.

Spike, what exactly do you disagree with on my service list, be specific?
I would bet $$ it is the coolant, plugs and wires...

To the OP- Take off a vacuum line and suck it into your intake slowly. Turn it off and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes and then run it like heck. It will smoke out the neighborhood, so you may want to keep the can with you if you get pulled over and explain. I would wait on the plugs until you get the wires installed. If you have a faulty wire, you will just be making that plug want to foul more. If you do a search on here, there is a post with the procedure for replacing the wires (with pics) without removing the IM.

Your code is saying that the drivers side front O2 has no activity. Check the connection and wires

No not a spark plug wire. I replaced all of them and the plugs and that didn't work. I mean the wiring harness. The one that all the sensors are connected to. The expensive one!!!

As it was explained to me it was the main wiring harness. The harness that all the sensors are connected to. I think the guy told me that it basically runs from the "Service Engine Soon" light all the way to the battery. All sensors feed there information into it. Maybe I'm calling it the wrong name and maybe I'm not explaining it's function correctly. But one thing I'm sure as heck glad of, it was done for free!!!

I suppose, I just know that it was done as warranty work and it would have been very expensive. The vehicle runs great now.
