I have the common coolant leak from the Fuel Cooler so will be replacing the O Rings. However, I have noticed that the bottom two bolts to the cooler are missing so need to purchase replacements. Can anyone assist with the size of the bolts, both upper and lower, so I can purchase replacements . I believe the bottom bolts are a different length to the top.

???Coolant lines to the air intake on the throttle body??? But O-rings?

Coolant O-ring to intake manifold, perhaps?

Oil cooler or transmission cooler?

 

M8/M10 bolts if memory serves me correctly for the Trans cooler/oil cooler support

 

O Rings inside either end of the Fuel Cooler which is bolted onto the inlet manifold. Discovery 2 TD5. I need some bolts that bolt the fuel cooler on.

 

You should probably have lead with it’s a TD5. Most folks on the forum are North American based so we mainly have the petrol motors
