Default Discovery 2 V8 engine noise

Have a 4.0 V8 Discovery, 99k, engine is making a squealing noise at anything above idle. I took serpentine belt off and noise is still there. Sounds like left side of engine towards top. I took off rocker and all looks OK (plenty of oil free rockers etc). Fluids all OK, no warning lights, Any ideas?

Engines don't make a squealing noise unless you have a bearing locked up. Look further and get back to us.

Left side toward top is the MAF and the air box.
Probably the squealing noise is an air leak - air getting in via a crack.
