how did you attach it to the gutters?

 

i was looking at ladder racks for vans and doing some mods to it for my 03 d2, these are all over the junk yards on dead vans, tons of brackets too

 

Old thread yes but I like this and going to look into seeing about the materials at a local metal retailer and the also offer bending services too
