Does D2 Gas Engine have a fuel filter?

So if the fuel filter does get clogged, go buy a new fuel pump? Great...

Good point and as you would likely do if the only the pump in the pump assembly were to be replaced. Have not had to deal with those issues yet and did just knock on wood.

X1 ........... unlike diesel fuel where there is lots of water and condensation, petrol SHOULD have none in theory, so the primary pump filter is the only screening of petrol.

PS: If anyone decides to add another secondary petrol filter after the pump ensure it's a large one similar to the TD5 diesel filter and change it every other oil service or annually.
