Okay, yeah those horizonal brackets went bye-bye on mine, too. Removed everything in diagram, except for 1, 2, 3, 4...I may remove those tubes "if" I ever do the headgaskets...and that "if" is like saying..."if" I ever have to go to bathroom again...lol.
Funny story, I was removing everything last night and my wife says..."don't you think the A/C would be important if you ever sell it?"
I'm like...sell it? Told her, this things going to the scrap yard when I'm done with it.

It's possible to remove all those pipes without removing anything else. I have SAI and did unbolt that tube for a little wiggle room.
