Have a new door lock actuator, but cant get my left rear door open now
Superlock motor is engaged, and has blocked mechanical unlock.
Door operator has two motors in it, one for lock, one for superlock.
Superlock is on/off by applying 12 volts one polarity or the other (reverse jumper wires you are about to run)
On cable from door lock motor, there are three wires, pink/purple , pink/red, and pink/slate. Put 12 volts on pink/purple and pink/slate. One way (+, -) it will operate, the other way (-,+) it will operate the other way. Pink/purple is common to the regular lock motor, and pink/red operates the lock motor (lock, unlock) in similar fashion.
Before trying the wiring, how about tapping firmly on the existing motor assembly while trying to operate?

Like Spike says, lube those things with silicone spray periodically or suffer the same fate on all of them.
