Mucho gracias, sir!

As for y-ing into 3" pipe, that is my plan. True dual 2.5" will allow a little more flow, but on a 4.6 making 180-220HP at the wheels the difference won't be much.

220hp from a disco? I'd have to see the dyno printout to believe that . Even with a turbo, supercharger and NOS I doubt they'd produce that HP before blowing up.

Haha, I don't have the print out any more, but she was making just a few more than that. 228 at the wheels I believe with 315 lb/ft torque. I've got a port and polish, cold air intake, Kent Sports H180 "Torque" cam, Rhoads bleed down lifters, high flow catalytic converters, and a straight through Borla muffler. I expect to get a little bump when I do headers, die-cat with 2.5" y-pipe, and then 3" pipe out the back. I'll also use v-band clamps and mandrel bends all the way to get maximum flow.

Subscribed!

My headers shrunk last week and broke some bolts. Ticked me off enough to start planning an exhaust setup.
