Default HELP Discovery II bucking /surging only while DRIVING at about 10mph

My 2000 Land Rover Disco is Bucking/surging while accelerating over 10mph. When it’s hits 10mph the rpm begins to jump and then go back down repeatedly. The car remains on and doesn’t do it while idling or when it’s in park. Even when I rev it in park it has no problem. Only while I’m driving it.

Here is is a list of things I’ve already replaced
-fuel pump
-spark plugs
-2 upstream 02 sensors
-mass air flow sensor

codes on my car read
P1171, P0171, P1174, P0174, P0130

That could be your ignition coils. Have you had the codes read?

I second matt3502, it might be ignition coils causing misfires. But no matter what, get your codes checked.
