Haha, I've seen this before. I cant remember the exact story, but I seem to vaguely remember something about a 20 something chick on her phone not paying attention.

My wife isn't allowed to drive my Discovery. No loss to her as she prefers the LR4 anyways. Her record with the LR4 isn't too great either though. In the last month she's scraped the front fender and bent a tailgate strut.

Some people will go to any lengths to avoid parking charges!!!

...............anyone see the notice on the railings 'C&E Hospital' hmmm, lucky no-one was in that pedestrian subway as they would either be dead or seriously need the hospital casualty dept.
