I'm guessing the large Mann oil filter will not fit with the sandwich adapter.
Anybody use both the sandwich and a Mann oil filter?

Sorry to bring this back again but did every just drill a hole through the fire wall to get the wire loom through?

 

There is a convenient "plug" in firewall below brake booster. Can drill hole in plug for relatively weather tight fit.

Great info on fitting gauges. I think I'll copy what has been done. I like the position on the A post and the custom nacelle they are fitted in.
