Default Intermittent High Revs on Starting

2001 Disco 2, 90,000 miles. All services up to date. The last couple of weeks when my wife has started the Rover, especially in the morning it has reved high when it started, like your foot was on the gas accidentally. It doesn't do it everytime, and it varies on how long the revs stay high, sometimes it is short, sometimes a little longer. Any thoughts?

Clean the throttle body and see if that helps.
Otherwise look for a vacum leak. But do the t-body fist.
