I got a quote for 2 cats from a 98' D1, $305 for the pair.

Yet another example of the variations in pricing. I hope you made note of the part numbers for each of those cats so you'll have a record for the future.

I paid like $800 or so from AB for a 1997 D1 Cat set.
Seems to work just fine.

The round cat part number is

WAG 104120/1105521- $140

Flat one is

WAG 104110/1105508- $165

They are from a 98', I have a second set from a 97' with the same part numbers.

Thanks for that info. Two of the lower priced DII cats were WAG000412 1427336 Round $90 WAG000422 142362 $120. I have to dig up the ones for the '03.

SAI is the Secondary Air Injection system. It's emissions equipment, found in the upper left of the engine compartment(looking in from the front).

Just sent in pics for a quote on the same pert number Cats from a D1, they gave the exact same quote. So we can say that are at least consistent with their pricing.
