Wink My days of wreck yards are gone. What about you ?

Moved several years ago and I do not have the pleasure of strolling my "Disneyland" yard sites any more... I miss it very much. I would had found something and shared long ago.

If any of you has the chance and enjoys it, please put some adrenaline and adventure to it. There HAS to be a transplantable junk-yard front bumper plastic cover from any other vehicle that decently fits a Disco2 for waaaaay less than $800+.
Inside width 164 cm
Grille indent width 95 cm
Grille indent valley 3 cm
Height 35 cm
Perhaps some minor shaving or shoehorning could yield a wonderful find ! Some yards have them removed piled up. Attaching/adapting properly can be another challenge worth discussing later.

Several pages of pictures ----> https://www.google.com/search?q=bump...w=1366&bih=604

Any boneyard fans biting ?

Disco 1's fit, as do certain aftermarket Jeep front bumpers. You could probably cut down original Cherokee fronts also. Better to just do a steel one for $300 ish.

One of the abundant common brands/models/years has to fit decently... Have you tried the Jeep's mentioned ? Picture borrowed from the web. Do not know location.
After a decent transplant, we would have the choice of cheaper aftermarket or just from the boneyard...

I was once looking into fitting a Jeep JK bumper. It was looking very promsising but I never followed through. It was very stock looking, from what I photoshopped together.
