Default My front license plate and mounting bracket were stolen, what do I need 2 mount plate

My 2003 D2 front license plate and what ever plate or bracket it was attached to was stolen off my truck. Got new plates today,....dont know what I need to mount the plate on the front. Can someone post a pic or maybe an exploded view / diagram, or,.....post a link??

Thanks, Brian

Wondering if someone can post an exploded diagram or a picture so I can see what should be in those holes??

Default Exploded view / diagram of front license plate bracket/mount

Anyone have an exploded view of the front license plate mount/bracket?

Joemamma, just noticing you have a 2003 also. Any chance you could undo your front license backing plate and see what is in those two holes?? Maybe snap a pic of it?

On the 03/04 there is a single brass threaded sleeve in the center of the bumper support. The bumper cover has a hole in it to allow access of the bolt to pass through.

The actual license plate holder attaches in the center with a torx head screw to the above mentioned location (T30 maybe), then has 2 Phillips head screws on the bottom.

thanks for the input,....I figured the cylindrical center depression must have something to do with mounting the plate bracket. Thanks for the input. Went to a wrecking yard today to check out a D2 they had there,....but it was an early D2 and the entire bumper assembly was gone.
