Texas. Hot as hell this week.
I will do that next week when I get back in town. Will post pictures of spark plugs and what ever codes showed up. I have the phone app but my mechanic has the real deal.

get an OBD2 dongle and a free app that will give you real time temps.
the dash gauge is fairly useless. best case scenario you may be getting false overheat readings from it.
regardless, the dash gauge is not linear and only reads about three temps, Cold, Operating temp and Overheat.

I have the phone app and OBD2 dongle, but it wasn't plugged in at the time. Like I said, my plan was to bring it home since we tested it for 20 minutes 2 hours prior.
Thanks for your help, guys. I will report on my progress once I get back in town next week.
