He can but I would tell him to proceed with caution. I bought a block from the same guy that had machine work done at the same shop. My block is now back at the machine shop having a sleeve replaced that they apparently broke during installation. While the guy I bought it from is doing all he can to cushion the massive financial hit this is costing me, the machine shop is still trying to screw me over.
