No oil pressure after engine swap and what I have tried so far

Good news. But, this whole topic will go down in history as the most unforeseen issue we've probably ever run across...a missing drive gear for the oil pump. Even l was getting a bit stumped, when you showed the pictures of the inner, outer oil gears and cover...they looked so good. Everyone was talking about priming issues, and l knew that wasn't the case...because it supposedly ran just prior to removal and truth be told...a little oil on the gears is enough to rebuild oil pressure...this whole Vaseline thing is almost borderline ridiculous to me, l've never heard of, seen or used it in 40 years of being a mechanic. White lithium gease or heavy assembly oil is a much better product for priming a brand new oil pump assembly. Why someone would use a non mechanical type product to prime a mechanical item is beyond me...especially...when there are so many other correct products.
Just pull fuse 14 in the drivers compartment fuse box, turn over engine until light goes out or until you are satisfied...install fuse and start her up.
Anyhow, keep up the good work!
Brian.
