Once they get your stumble issue resolved and you are back on the road, you need to know/remember that your engine is not permanently fixed, you just put a bandade on it. The dowel pins that mount the oil pump are still bad and will cause the new pump to fail again somewhere between today and 60,000 miles from now so keep an eye on your oil light and stop at the first sign of an issue.

 

Turns out there was no stumble. "'info about another car had been mistakenly passed on to me last night'" . Whatever. Car is done and ready to be picked up. Thanks Mike. I realize this and will, as always, keep an eye on the light!
