Mine is still ok but I want to go ahead and replace any needed parts as apart of my current overhaul. Is this rebuild kit any good or should I get something else??

That is the one, and you might consider a timing chain if you are going in there, plus with the oil pan off, clean pickup screen, and a new o ring or seal for the pickup tube and two dabs of locktite of the pickup tube bolts. Oil pan gasket.
