The passenger side window tilts towards the front of the truck when going up gets stu
The small white roller is what happened to me. The window will want to tip towards the front of the truck and it will want to get stuck. After I took the door panel off and inspected everything, I found the little white wheel to be cracked.
I took the broken wheel to Home Depot and found that a similar wheel is used on shower doors (rolling style). I bought the little bugger, took it home and had to grind the overall thickness if I remember correctly. After that I used a bolt with a nut on the other side and I remember I had to use appoxy to hold the nut on the bolt because it would wanna come loose. I can't remember all the details but I remember buying the roller from Home Depot and making it work. This was done 2 years ago and it still works like new.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!

And here is another HD solution, a solid teflon piece that replaces the roller and moves in the track, mine have been working for just about a year. You can also buy fabricated plastic rollers, and machined metal rollers.

Awesome fix to both of you, I just had that door apart checking the actuator and put it back together today...UGH!!! I replaced the regulator a few years back on my drivers side when someone broke the window to steal my GPS but I forget...Do I have to remove the regulator to get the glass out to remove the wheels to repair it? Savannah I like the square pieces you fabricated, if I cant find them I will do what boris did.
both come from same store. squres are in the hardware asile with feet on pads for furniture. I just had to remove the channels of the regulator, they have some sort of slotted screw mount. Did not have to take out glass.
