Not sure on the Lem.... Ones
Problem with all makes is in the name. Many manufacturers are under that umbrella.
Are they poly or rubber?

Long story short, should I avoid the allmakes? I found ones by a company called Lemforder, they are twice as much $$. Worth it?? Thanks.
Lemforder are good but not as expensive as LR. Allmakes are normally good but Britparts are iffy (substitute Br.......... for sh.........). Problem with steering woes is that it can be one or a combination of many factors and requires a process of elimination.

The Lem's are rubber. I would have went with the poly, but silly me checked lucky 8 and I didnt see them under the replacement parts. Never thought of looking under the off-road section....

Think you're off the track with over tightening the panhard rod bolts RAVE says torque settings for them should be; Panhard rod 230 Nm (170 lbf.ft).

You are supposed to re-load both axles to working weight i.e. axle stands under both the axles on a flat surface, before tightening the Panhard or Watts linkage bolts or in fact any other suspension bolts otherwise the rubber type inserts are 'twisted' once you drop the truck down, checkout the RAVE procedure.

Lemforder are German and are very good quality. They are part of the ZF gearbox group.

Yes, I was just brainstorming on the overtighening idea. I think it was just a bum bushing.

I was going to go with the Lemforders, but after seeing I can get poly ones from lucky 8 at $10 less, plus thankfully they're only an hour away so I dont have to wait on shipping.

I shoulda figured Lemforder was decent quality, i see alot of MB owners use them

Oh, and the last time I replaced the panhard bushings I did it with all 4 wheels on the ground. I didnt find it necessary to put it on stands

If it isn't that bushing, you still have the CV and Front Propshaft/U joints that could cause your problem.
