Default SAI Removal?

04 Disco2
I am in the slow process of removing the engine.
Everything is easy, just not alot of time.
Only problem I have is removing the SAI tubes from the heads.
When I try to break them loose, they won't budge.
My concern is that any more force will kink, crush, or otherwise destroy them.
Is there a trick to removing them from the heads?
I am going to reinstall them, not permanently removing.
Thanks for any help.

Use a 18mm crows foot to hold the fitting that is in the head while loosening the SAI tube nut(27mm?).

you can hit it with a propane torch for a few seconds and it should come right off.

How are you trying to remove them that you fear kinking or crushing? I used a 12" crecent wrench and a 3# hammer to break the studs loose from the head. Only took a couple easy taps and once they broke loose they were very easy to get out.
