soft brake question

Stupid question I know, but how do check for slack in the wheel bearing? I've had it off the ground and everything seem tight in the front end....like how you'd check ball joints. Anything else need to be done to check the wheel bearings?

your wheel bearings are part of your hubs, so it all or nothing when it comes time for replacement
