by the time the teeth are all chewed up i'll be done with the truck... lol

it only "misses" the flywheel once every 10 times, so it's more of an annoyance of having to stop turning the key, wait for the starter to stop spinning

 

starter is only 125 bucks @ roverland

i'll have to look at mine, then decide what to do

good to know. i've only had my 95 disco for about a year and it's been in need of alot of scheduled maintenance and i'm just finally in a position to throw some money into it. I was getting ready to change wires and plugs as well as I've been noticing similar problems when accelerating.
