Steering wooble
Hi,
I just got a used 97 Disco, there seems to be a problem with the car going straight when i hit a bump or a rumble on the road at around 100 km/h, i had to correct it to go straight (was scarry as if the disco was fishtailing) however at around 70 and hit a bump its not too bad. It doesnt seem to have a dead spot when trying to steer with small movements.
What should i check? would it be the stabilizer shocks? or something else
thanks !

check all front suspension components...radius arms, track bar or panhard bar which ever rover uses, check wheels for excessive play..if you are not sure what you are doing take it to a good alignment shop they will inspect it before doing an alignment.
