That's hilarious! I was really looking for some square ones, cause... Never mind! That just cracked me up.

Default Window Regulator Continuing issue

I have noticed after replacing twice the passenger window regulator that the window itself was not mounted flat to its bracket. After removing the upper door frame and removing the window, I was able to level the mount with a rubber mallet. The window seems to go up and down more parallel now. Just a thought when you are replacing to check.

You might try Rockauto.com, I got a new regulator for under $50 when I replaced mine.

I've had to fix my driver side regulator a couple years ago. The regulator was so twisted up and parts were bent. At the time I was on college and buying a new one wasn't an option. I went to home depot and bought four white nylon bushings. Heated the center slightly, slid them on and used a pin to hold in place. I bent the regulator arms back straight and haven't had problem with it for 4 years and 2 hours and 85 cents!
