Default T Case in neutral light flashing

Driving tonight and all the sudden the T case in neutral light starts flashing along with an audible warning. Anyways its a used Tcase got it installed last year and it's still under warranty. Also for the last month haven't been able to shift into low range. Kinda just left it as I was going to take it up to Calgary to get it fixed under warranty. Anyone got any ideas on what to do? I'd like to get it driveable just to get it to Calgary and let them deal with it under warranty. Thanks

Looking at the wiring drawing in the RAVE it appears to be on pin c0662-15 of the BCU, which goes to a header connector in the console and then to a switch on top of the transfer case. So likely a skint (grounded) wire in the new work area. Neither is easy to get at. The BCU sends a signal to the IDM in a digital stream with a lot of other stuff to turn on the sound. Can you drive the truck if you ignore the sound?

When you can't shift a t/case from high to low, it is usually the shift solenoid located in your console.
I have one concern in your case, that being that they may not have installed a 03 case in your truck, and if they didn't this will cause you both of those issues also.
Let us know what they find.

Ya the shift solenoid went about 2 months ago. Instead of gettin a new one put in I just cut off the pin with a dremel so I could shift it. Didn't think it would be tied into my high low shifter. Ah ****. Ya and it is a 2001 T Case. Is there a big difference in a 2001 and 2003 T case? I know there is 03 not having the cdl lock available but are they electronically sending mixed vibes to my bcu, or something?

K my battery died and I am pretty sure I didn't leave nothing on. Boosted it started right up, threw 2 codes P1668 and P0462. First on deals with the anti theft circuit to high and second one is to do with the fuel sensor. Anyways I got underneath it and played around with any wires going into the T-Case checked them all and made sure they where alright. After that no more Blinking light. Looks like when they put that T-case in the wiring looks a lil sloppy so I'm going to hold them to there warranty and get this BS fixed. What a flippin PITA.
